• SISBEL does not pressure the staff, auditors, examiners, inspector, decision makers, trainers, experts, committees, commission members for any reason.
• Financial resources needed to prevent our fiscal interests from being negatively impaired on our impartiality and independence are provided by top management, and compliance assessment activities and the pressure of financial interest are avoided.
• It is the responsibility of SİSBEL to issue system certification, suspension of the certification, withdrawal of the certification, continuation of the certification, extension of certification, scope reduction, extension of scope, re-certification. SISBEL does not outsource decisions about certification in any way and does not transfer it to second and third parties.
• It is the responsibility of SİSBEL to make decisions regarding personnel certification, suspension of the certification, withdrawal of the certification, continuation of the certification, extension of certification, scope reduction, extension of scope and re-certification. SISBEL does not outsource decisions on personnel certification and does not transfer them to second and third parties.
• The decision of suitability or nonconformity to be made as a result of the inspection belongs to SİSBEL. SISBEL does not outsource decisions about inspection in any way and does not transfer it to second and third parties.
• SİSBEL’s partners, internal and external staff, conformity assessors will not be affected by any political, commercial, blackmail, threat or other pressures.
• SİSBEL’s partners and full-time employees do not provide consultancy services for services that they operate.
• SİSBEL does not show any approach to the participants and organizations in terms of counseling in the trainings they give, but only tells the requirements related to the trainings they give.
• SISBEL does not provide recommendations for compliance assessment in compliance evaluators.
• SİSBEL has a special sensitivity in assigning a conformity assessment to partners and staff who have a commercial, political, kin or friendship relationship and are serving SİSBEL. Conformity assessors in this case shall not be appointed in the appeals and complaints committees in the conformity assessment activities of the organization or person in which they are affiliated and in the decision process.
• SISBEL management and its employees work with the awareness of the need to be impartial in their conformity assessment activities and ensure the objectivity of conformity assessment activities by managing conflict of interest.
• SISBEL’s activity area; designing, producing, supplying, installing, purchasing, possessing, using or maintaining the items that are inspected, no minor or major shareholder of any legal entity.
• SISBEL evaluates risk and evaluates its independence and independence and takes necessary measures. It updates the risk assessments if new and changing conditions of SISBEL activities occur.
