LOGO USE PROCEDURE

PURPOSE
To determine the rules regarding the use of logos by certified customers.
SCOPE
It covers the rules of use of SİSBEL, TÜRKAK and MYK Brands.
DEFINITIONS
SISBEL Logo: It is a stylized symbol used by SISBEL to promote. SISBEL obtained the right to use the logo with the trademark registration application made to the Turkish Patent Institute on 15.11.2007 and the registration decision on 12.06.2008.
TÜRKAK Logo: The symbol used by TÜRKAK to promote its own name or accreditation programs.
TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark: It is the symbol used by TÜRKAK accredited institutions to show their accreditation status. The Accreditation Brand is created by adding the accreditation field, the number of the standard subject to accreditation and the accreditation number of the accredited institution under the TÜRKAK logo.
APPLICATION
Clients who have been successful in audits can use the SISBEL certification logo (SISBEL logo and TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark) in accordance with this procedure.
SISBEL certification logo can be used in stationery, advertisement, newspaper and magazine advertisements, web pages, promotion or similar materials.
The SISBEL certification logo cannot have logos on the product primary packaging (including packaging for transport or storage) or reference to the management system document. It can be used with the necessary explanations on the second packaging (parcel, etc.). (For example, it was produced in the facilities of the ISO 14001:2015 certified company.)
The client can use an expression on the product packaging within the rules stated below, with the approval of SİSBEL:
Product packaging is considered the part that leaves without the product being disassembled or damaged. Information to be provided together is considered to be separately given or easily separable. Type labels and identification plates are considered part of the product. The statement should in no way imply that the product, process or service has been documented. The statement should refer to the following.
Description of the certified customer (e.g. brand or name),
Type of management system (e.g. quality, environment) and applied standard,
Certification body issuing the document.
Example: This product is manufactured by xxxx Ltd Şti, certified by the quality management system SİSBEL according to ISO 9001:2015.
The SISBEL certification logo cannot be used on buildings or flags or on vehicles.
The SISBEL certification logo can only be used in relation to the activities and addresses within the scope of the certificate. Activities that are not within the scope of certification of the organization cannot be used in subsidiaries or affiliates.
The SISBEL certification logo cannot be used in a way that means that SISBEL is responsible for the content of the document used or the related activity in any way.
In case the SISBEL certification logo is used in a misleading and inappropriate way, all legal rights belong to SİSBEL.
In case of expiration, suspension, withdrawal or cancellation of certification, the certified body immediately stops using the SISBEL certification logo.
The shape, colors and proportions of the SISBEL certification logo cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The right to use the SISBEL certification logo cannot be transferred to a second or third party.
The use of the SISBEL certification logo on calibration, test labs or inspection reports is not permitted.
TÜRKAK brand dimensions and matters related to color are specified in the guide on the website of the relevant Accreditation Agency at www.turkak.org.tr R10.06 (Requirements for the Use of the Türkak Accreditation Mark by Türkak Accredited Organizations).
The SISBEL certification logo may be reduced or enlarged as long as the aspect ratio is maintained, provided it is not smaller than 10 mm.
Certified organizations may use the SİSBEL logo and the TÜRKAK accreditation brand together in combination. TÜRKAK accreditation logo cannot be used alone.
SİSBEL certification logo is as follows.

Legal action is taken against the organization that uses the logo in a way that does not comply with this procedure.
